no, but i suppose in a black room with no windows it might be. i just think it would induce sleep...which is best for me in pitch black. then when you get up and out in the morning you really appreciate the day. :D

lol... i bet it does get pretty dusty. not to mention that bed and that black room (though large) could become claustrophobic, even for a non-claustrophobe such as myself.
