Although `DEVlANT joined our community only a year ago, he's made sure to make his mark in as many ways as possible. most wildlife photos have blurry backgrounds - because most animals will not allow humans very close - so the photos must be shot with a telephoto (or zoom) lens with a shallow depth of field.
but it is also good because it forces the focus of the photo to always be on the animal
