i love these "new" flowers. they're closely related to petunias, but smaller, and the colors are so much more subtle and varied within a single plant (as you can see).

i've become obsessed with creating container plantings - this is just one plant from one container. the other plants in the same container are lantana, petunia, sweet allysum, verbena, and a vining jasmine i wanted desperately so i could smell its scent again - because it reminds me of growing up in san francisco
